CLEARTEC® Biocurlz consists of three-dimensional cords, made from a combination of polypropylene (inner part) and polyvinylidene chloride (the loops/growth media). During manufacturing, six Biocurlz are molded on a holding bar, approximately 30 cm long. The holding bar is then further reinforced with metal support (V2A or V4A). Compared to Biotextil, the Biocurlz offers higher specific surface area and can be installed with minimal spacing. Moreover, the Biocurlz length can be customized up to 3.5 meters.
