Disc Diffuser (HD-SERIES)

JetFlex® HD disc diffusers combine low costs for installation and maintenance with reliability, durability and efficiency by their design – with intermittent as well as continuous aeration. The disc diffusers can be equipped with an optional non-return valve, which prevents the backflow of sludge water into the pipeline even if the membrane is damaged. We also offer retrofit kits and replacement membranes to increase the efficiency of existing aeration systems.

Jäger disc diffusers are characterized by their precise perforation, which maximizes oxygen transfer and minimizes head loss. They are available in 7″, 9″ and 12″ diameters and include a choice of membrane materials in EPDM and silicone. The diffuser body is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic to ensure maximum chemical resistance. The diverse connection options allow for quick and easy installation, even during operation.

Specific accessories for disc diffusers

As with all diffusers, we offer an wide range of accessories. EPDM holders, PVC saddles and saddle clamps for various pipe diameters are available for mounting the disk diffusers onto the pipework. A separately usable non-return valve is used to control the air volume flow in the event of a damaged membrane and in this case prevents sludge water from entering the piping system.
